Weam is an accomplished consultant, educator, and entrepreneur whose career integrates hands-on leadership with extensive academic research. Weam’s educational journey began at Morrison’s Academy in Crieff and continued at Glasgow University in Scotland, forging a strong intellectual foundation. Upon moving to Canada, Weam completed a BA in Political Science from the University of Victoria, followed by a BA in Cognitive Psychology from Thompson Rivers University. Currently, Weam is expanding this knowledge base by pursuing multidisciplinary research at Athabasca University with the goal of earning a master’s degree.

Professionally, Weam started as General Manager and Partner at IHOP Restaurants in Kansas City, Missouri, refining operational and strategic expertise in the competitive hospitality sector. Building on this leadership experience, Weam transitioned to Dubai, UAE, serving as Human Resources Director at both NTDE Group and Faya Construction. A passion for teaching and mentoring led Weam to Riyadh, KSA, where Weam lectured at Yamamah University, equipping students with real-world insights. This international perspective culminated in a role as Senior Management Consultant at Progress Management Consultants in Dubai, delivering high-impact solutions for diverse organizations.

Throughout these phases, Weam designed and delivered consulting and training programs for global corporations such as SABIC, Chevron, Mobily, IHOP Restaurants, Coral Beach Hotels, and numerous mid-size and small businesses. In 2024, Weam channeled years of expertise into founding APEXIA Consulting, a firm dedicated to merging evidence-based strategies, global insights, and a commitment to continuous growth—empowering companies and professionals to ascend to their highest potential.
